What we process

• Audio you upload. Your browser extracts the audio track and uploads it in parts. Audio is stored only to transcribe it and is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• Transcripts. Preview transcripts are deleted after 24 hours; unlocked transcripts after 7 days.
• Abuse prevention. To limit the free preview to one per person, we store a random device identifier (a cookie named dt, also kept in your browser's local storage), a keyed hash of your network address, and a keyed hash of basic browser properties (user agent, language, time zone, screen size, processor count). The hashes can't be reversed into your IP address. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and amount, never your card details.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are set. We never send file names, audio or transcript text to analytics. See Cookies.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, storage and speech recognition with Workers AI), Waffo (payments), Google (analytics). We do not sell personal data and do not use your recordings to train models.
