— Launch
DropTranscribe launched with audio and video uploads. The browser extracts the audio and Whisper large-v3-turbo transcribes the speech. Launch features included a free preview from the first 3 minutes, TXT and SRT downloads, and audio deletion within 24 hours.
At launch, the file-length limit was 60 minutes and the single unlock price was $2.99 for a file. Both changed with the evening update above.
